Clint and Shane Neal have been Realtors with Keller Williams – City View office since December 2010, focusing their business in the San Antonio, Boerne, and surrounding areas. Both of them graduated from Texas A&M University – College Station in December of 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics, and a track in Real Estate and Finance. Being born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and near the San Antonio and Boerne areas, they understand the housing and property markets that exist, and strive to provide professional and knowledgeable service to their clientele. Both of them have completed several courses that focus on building their understanding of our local real estate market, and continue to attend courses that provide them with updates on an annual basis. Being that Neal & Neal Team is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Board of Realtors (NAR), they are provided with numerous tools and resources that help them with their business, which directly and positively affects their service to their clients.
In 2011, Neal & Neal Team was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” honor from Keller Williams for the Texas region, and was recognized as being Second place “Rookie of the Year” on the national level.
Neal & Neal Team was also awarded the “Career Launch Award” and the “Coaching Award” from their company in 2011.
After a first, very successful year of business, in 2012 so far, Neal & Neal Team was recognized as a Platinum Top 50 Realtor Finalist, for the San Antonio area.
