The My Home In Charlotte Team has been selling residential real estate for over three years. Prior to real estate, Nikki worked full time in HOA management. Her background in associations gives her an interesting take on the process and can really help you understand those bylaws and declarations that can overwhelm your home buying process. Nikki also has experience in project management so she'll actually be able to explain to pesky inspection reports to you and help you negotiate necessary repairs so that you're not stuck dealing with them after you've closed on your home. "Putting People First" is something that the team very much believes in. We are willing to speak our minds to help you find a home that fits into your budget and includes all of your must haves. We are only interested in selling you a home that you will be comfortable in for years to come. Interested in investments? Nikki has spent her career working with investors who are interested in purchasing property for rentals as well as to flip and sell. Regardless of the CAP rate that you're looking for or your level of experience in real estate investment, Nikki will be there to guide you along the way.
As a graduate of both Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill (MBA), I am often conflicted, but never when it comes to my passion for Real Estate and working to do the best for my clients. I put my 20 years of marketing and business experience to work every day in marketing properties, analyzing market trends, evaluating home prices, and negotiating the best possible outcome for you. In late 2005 I moved to the High Country of NC from Los Angeles and immediately became an advocate of this gorgeous four season area and all it has to offer. I am very active in volunteerism and lead the outreach and volunteer efforts for Keller Williams High Country Realty. Customer service, integrity, really listening to clients, and continual education and improvement are the driving forces in my Real Estate efforts. I tirelessly work to ensure that selling or buying a home is a POSITIVE experience, generating the best RESULTS for you!

Bill has been a triangle resident for a couple of decades, having moved to the area from Pittsburgh to attend Duke business school in 1994. Bill has an MBA from Duke and has been the official Realtor of Duke Athletics. But he also enjoys working with fans and alumni of the other fine area universities! Bill is one of the highest volume Realtors in the triangle, currently in the top 3% by volume. He takes pride in being highly attentive and responsive to his clients needs despite managing such a high volume practice (see his clients' reviews to see if he is succeeding at this!) Bill's expertise is in marketing, both in real estate and in other areas. After receiving his MBA from Duke, Bill's career was in marketing, working in the technology industry for IBM, Lenovo, and a number of smaller startups. Most recently Bill was Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Lenovo. In this role Bill led the Global 500 company's efforts to support entrepreneurship in distressed communities, helping people build businesses and nonprofits throughout the US, as well as in Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana. Bill is a long-time member of the Chapel Hill Bible Church, where he has served as an Elder as well as the Chairman of the Board of Deacons. He also created the Carolina HopeFest, an annual music festival that raises support for Beacon of Hope, a nonprofit in Nairobi, Kenya that serves women and children affected by HIV/AIDS.
